For timely Christmas delivery, orders must be received before Wednesday December 16
for Priority Mail and Monday December 21 for Express Mail!
This policy is for orders issued a GIFT RECEIPT only. All other orders fall under the standard RETURN POLICY (click link to view).
Gift Returns are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. This policy is only valid on purchases with an issued Gift Receipt. Orders without an issued Gift Receipt fall under the standard Return Policy. Note: Once a gift receipt is issued, that order is no longer eligible for a refund!!!
Return Authorization requests on gift orders must be submitted by January 14, 2010. Returns are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit Only. (Store credit on gift orders will be issued for transaction value and does not include the 10% bonus)
All return items must be authorized by Red Dress Shoppe with an RA# and must be returned in the state that the merchandise was received with tags attached. You will have 10 days from the return authorization date to send the item back. Once we receive your item(s), we will send out your exchange item(s) or e-mail you a store credit coupon. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
You are responsible for the shipping cost for returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items received past the due date and unauthorized returns that are unintentionally accepted by the Red Dress Shoppe will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returned items that have been altered from its original state (no tags) or unclean (including pet hair!) may be subject to a 25% fee. Damaged items are subject to a 50% fee.
