
Returns & Exchanges
Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order. All returned items must be authorized by Red Dress Shoppe with an RA# and returned in the state the item was received, clean (no pet hair!) and unused with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your RA# will be valid for 10 days past the issue date - Please send the item(s) back within those 10 days. We operate on limited inventory! (Think of the times you wanted something, but your size was not available!) Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Items received past the due date and/or unintentionally accepted by Red Dress Shoppe without an RA# may be subject to a 15% re-stock fee. Items altered from its original state (no tags) or unclean are subject to a 25% re-stock fee. Items covered in pet hair will be charged a 10% cleaning fee! Damaged items are subject to a 50% fee.
Once we receive your item(s), we will send out your exchange item, issue you store credit, or refund your credit card. Please allow for 2 weeks for processing and check your credit card statement for the credit. Red Dress Shoppe is not responsible for lost packages! We recommend sending your package with tracking.
Payment
Methods & Security
We accept Mastercard and Visa through a secure, encrypted payment gateway, Authorize.net. However, you may also call in with your credit card information. We absolutely DO NOT share your information with anybody...and we shred your credit card info once the transaction is finalized. We do not believe in requiring customers to create accounts with saved information in order to shop our site.
We also accept Paypal, money orders, and checks (upon approval). Payment must be received before an order will ship.
* Large international orders must be paid via Paypal!
Shopping online is safe for the consumer! When your credit card number is stolen and used, you are not liable for the money spent. We, the merchants, are...They take it straight out of our bank accounts!! (Trust me... it has happened to me before!)
Please be patient with us if we call you to verify your billing information - We are working hard to reduce credit card fraud and to keep you from being a victim! I will investigate all suspicious orders!
Shipping
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. This does not include the day we received the order and weekends. If you need the item urgently, please send us an e-mail or leave us a message on our voicemail.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and either given a full refund, an approximate re-stock date, or the option to exchange the item for another item. Multiple item orders will be held until complete unless you request that you want it shipped separately.
We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping, either using Priority Mail, Express Mail, or Global Priority Mail. All domestic packages are sent with tracking and Delivery Confirmation. Orders over $300 are sent with Signature Confirmation and require a signature for delivery. Please be sure your place of delivery is secure for US Postal Service package delivery. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL OF AN ORDER UNLESS YOU CHOOSE EXPRESS MAIL OR REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY! If your package is stolen off your doorstep (mainly in apartment buildings) we are not responsible!

*** All items have a handling charge between $1.00-$4.00 PER ITEM, depending on the price of the item. If you return your item for store credit or exchange, essentially you get the handling fees back in credit.
Please understand that non-refundable handling charges are necessary so we can offer you the option of a full REFUND for your returns. We try to keep our prices reasonable with the additional handling charges in mind!
International Orders
Red Dress Shoppe accepts international orders via credit card orders or Paypal. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your order....usually ranging between $18 - $35, plus an international shipping fee. You are responsible for customs taxes based on your country's policies. Please allow ample time for your package to arrive! We cannot guarantee a delivery date and we are not responsible for customs delays! Although, we have never had a package not arrive... (not even to Nigeria!)
Due to the fact that we have suffered an enormous amount of loss in money and merchandise due to fraudulent international orders, we may require a follow up with you before processing your order. We do not accept orders from certain countries...we apologize for the inconvenience!
