Return Policy - Please Read!

Return and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days past the day you received your order. All return items must be authorized by Red Dress Shoppe with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and must be returned in the state that the merchandise was received with tags attached. Please allow 4 days for us to send you your RMA#. You will have 10 days from the return authorization date to send the item back. Once we receive your item(s), we will send out your exchange item, issue you store credit, or refund your credit card. Please allow for 2 weeks for processing and check your credit card statement for the credit.

You are responsible for the shipping cost for returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items received past the due date and unauthorized returns that are unintentionally accepted by the Red Dress Shoppe will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returned items that have been altered from its original state (no tags) or unclean may be subject to a 25% fee. Items covered in pet hair will be charged a 10% cleaning fee! Damaged items are subject to a 50% fee.

Return shipping on exchanges is free! (one exchange per transaction; excludes international orders)

If you choose to receive your refund in store credit, we will give you an extra 10%! That's free merchandise! (Does not include shipping and tax) 

 

Holiday Return Policy:

Holiday purchases are returnable for exchange or store credit only.  You must check the box that says "Please include a Gift Receipt with my order" on the shopping cart page at checkout for the holiday policy to apply.  All orders without a gift receipt will fall under the standard return policy. Please submit a Return Authorization Request.  Holiday returns will be accepted until January 14, 2013.


To Make a Return/Exchange:

  • Please submit the RMA form (below) within 7 days from the day you received your order.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a RMA # via E-mail within 4 days from the day you submit your request.
  • Your return/exchange will be processed within 2 weeks from receipt!
  • Once you receive your RMA#, please mail your item back to us within 10 days from the day you receive the RMA# to:
